Mother’s Day giveaway: Win gorgeous Jana Reinhardt handmade pendant worth £95

Spoil the Mum (or special lady in your life) with our Mother’s Day giveaway with a stunning piece of handmade jewellery, from ethical jewellery brand Jana Reinhardt. You can win your choice of a Lioness and Cub pendant, or a hummingbird necklace, both worth £95.

Inspired by the graceful beauty of the majestic mama big cat and brand founder Jana’s love for her daughters, the roarsome lioness pendant is an alternative piece of jewellery that celebrates motherhood and strong women. Made from 100% recycled silver, it features a miniature hand-carved lioness, gently carrying her tiny baby cub in her mouth and comes with a matching chain necklace that can be worn at 16 or 18 inches (41 or 46cm).

If you prefer the pretty hummingbird pendant, you might like to know that hummingbirds are believed to symbolise joy coming into your life and resilience – both things most Mums can relate to! Measuring 2x2cm, the pendant has a textured finish and a flat back, so that it sits well on whatever you’re wearing.

Who are Jana Reinhardt jewellery?

Jana Reinhardt is a husband-and-wife team: Jana Reinhardt and Ross Cutting – both master-goldsmiths who are as passionate about hand making jewellery, as they are about animal welfare and green living. In the last year, the brand has created several exclusive pieces intended to raise awareness and funds for charities that help drought affected countries in Africa (International Tree Foundation), Animals Asia, and orangutans (OVAID), among others. They have also established partnerships with charities including NAWT and PETA. Their aim is to create a piece every month to benefit an environmental or animal welfare charity.

All precious metals used by Jana Reinhardt are recycled and they don’t use machine manufacture, preferring the old techniques of wax carving and fabrication to create their products. All gemstones are ethically sourced or lab-grown, and their packaging is 100% recyclable.
