We are sharing something a little bit special today with you; the easiest chocolate brownie recipe EVER! And why is it so easy – simply because it was designed so that kids could have a go at it too! (Note: this post contains affiliate links for Amazon)

This recipe for chocolate brownies is from My Little Sous Chef is fun to make (and irresistible) for grown-ups and kids alike.

Easiest Chocolate Brownie Ever

Prep Time 20 minutes
Cook Time 25 minutes
Total Time 45 minutes

Ingredients

  • Butter 135g
  • Dark chocolate 265g
  • Caster sugar 200g
  • Plain flour 135g
  • Eggs 3
  • Vanilla extract 2tbsp
  • Salt
  • Icing sugar

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Break the chocolate into small pieces. Melt the butter and chocolate in a pan over a low heat.

Once the mixture has melted, pour into a bowl and allow to cool. Add the sugar and mix well. Add the eggs and keep on stirring. Then add the vanilla extract, flour and a pinch of salt.

Line a deep baking tray with baking paper and pour the mixture in. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 25 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.

Cut into squares and dust with icing sugar to decorate
