30 days to a healthier you

We are trying to set up a nice little collection of daily challenges for you all – just to give you something to think about throughout the year, and maybe even for you all to have a goal is fix on. We all need an objective, right. Some of you will be thinking about getting healthier at the moment – so as not to disappoint we have a 30-days to a healthier you challenge. Or perhaps a new year, new you challenge. You can call it whatever you want!

What does the 30 days to a healthier and happier you challenge include?

Obviously, you can decide WHEN you start this yourself. You might want to do it in New Year, but you might want to try it in June before the summer. Alternatively, maybe you have just decided that you need to just DO something now, and its the 13th February (!). Whatever works for you, just go for it!

We’ve given you 30 challenges to do, one a day, to help you to become that little bit happier and healthier:

20 squats
20 Jumping jacking
Eat some fruit (!)

Day 2
3 minute meditation
20 Bicycle crunch
20 lunges
30 burpees
Eat lots of veggies

Day 3
3 minute medication
20 leg lifts
20 fire hydrants
30 jumping jacks
Drink 8 glasses of water

Day 4
3-mile walk

Day 5
Rest Day
Why not have a serving of your favourite dessert?

20 Glute bridges
30 squats
10 burpees
No flavoured drinks

No processed carbs

Day 8
