We were lucky enough to be able to attend a very exciting PR event on behalf of Kiddycharts last weekend and Helen has very kindly let me share with you some of the highlights of our day!
Getting to London proved to be rather more time consuming than I anticipated due to a really heavy fog, but by some miracle we made it, just in time.
We spent the day partying with Lalaloopsy at the Pineapple dance studios in Covent Garden. The event was part of 5th birthday celebrations for the toy range; what a privilege to be included! Evie was quite sure she had been made into a princess for the day, she really was treated like royalty by all the organisers!
We were treated to fun, games, face painting and of course LOTS of dancing!! Evie was so excited to dress up in her beautiful tutu and dance along with the great teachers, I have no idea where she found the energy after the long journey to get there but she certainly made the most of every second we were there!! The children were all learning a routine to Taylor Swift’s song, shake it off. It was really fun to watch and I had a good giggle watching Evie forget to dance as she was so busy singing along!!
We were also able to have a play with some of the toys from the new range and we all fell in love with the super cute Dance With Me Doll! She wiggles and dances along with your child and was a big hit with all the children, big and small!! The range is really diverse and has something for most ages, from jewellery making to special edition figures all with lashings of glitter!
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Pineapple, and before we knew it, it was time to make our way home, but not without a quick good bye to the main star of the day… Lalaloopsy! We did look funny on the tube with Evie still wearing her wig, tutu and face paint, quite a sight for the locals!!
Have you seen the new Lalaloopsy range? Do you have a favourite character yet? I think there will be a fair few children adding at least one of these super cute dolls to their Christmas lists this year!!
