Back to School - but what did YOU do on your holidays?

Back to School – but what did YOU do on your holidays?

So that 6 weeks went by in a flash and its now back to school…

And as many will have started school for the first time, I thought I would go back to my own ABCs…here are the holidays for the KiddyChart Clan in 26 letters and a few pictures….

Back to School ABCs

Austrian (a wonderful holiday in the mountain with kids)

Bicker-y (is that even a word?)

Cuddly (mine and theirs…)

Dippy (usually me)

Enthusiastic

Family-friendly

Gin-filled (well sometimes)

Happy (often)

Interesting

John o’Groats-y (thanks to a long cycle from Brad)

Knackering

Lovely

Mountainous

Nonsensical

Olympic

Peppa Pig Filled; thanks to a certain review I had to do…

Quaint (our cottages in the English countryside)

wRiggly (Stuntboy of course)

Soggy

Toolong (we were all glad to go back in the end…)

Ugly (particularly early in the morning, and still in pyjamas)

high Velocity (sorry cheated again, but it WAS)

Wet (I know thats the second one of those, but it was horribly, horribly damp…)

eXciting (Oh dear, that’s three cheats now….)

Yacht-y (because of the MAD blog awards get together)

Zealful.

Helen is a mum to two, social media consultant, and website editor; and this site is (we think) the only Social Enterprise parenting magazine!Since giving up being a business analyst when juggling travel, work and kids proved too complicated, she founded KiddyCharts so she could be with her kids, and use those grey cells at the same time.KiddyCharts has reach of over 1.1million across social and the site. The blog works with big family brands (including travel) to help promote their services, as well as offering free resources to parents of kids under 10.It gives 51%+ profits to Reverence for Life, who fund a number of important initiatives in Africa, including bringing running water and basic equipment to a school in Tanzania.Helen has worked as a digital marketing consultant (IDM qualified) with various organisations, including Channel Mum, Truprint, Talk to Mums, and Micro Scooters. She loves to be creative in the brand campaigns she works on.Get in touch TODAY!

It's still summer hols for us as both my kids are new starters this year and term doesn't start for another week. I feel like we're all bunking off, especially when the sun comes out!
