Date night ideas lucky dip for Valentines and beyond

Date night ideas when you are a parent can become a little bit predictable; in fact, you are lucky if you even have the energy for a date night.

Nevermind have any ideas of what to actually do when you are out on a date.

So we are bringing the fun back to date night with our lucky dip date night ideas – we’ve got a few ideas for you, as well as some blank hearts, a box to put them in (which you can make), and then voila.

You’ve got a lucky dip for date night so there is a little bit of a surprise element for everyone!

This is an exclusive printable for our premium site members, but that’s free to join, so why not check it out?

If you don’t want to join for free though, you can buy it for a standalone £3.95 instead.

What’s included in the date night ideas lucky dip?

This printable consists of four pages, including a cover sheet. We have created it so that there are a few ideas for you, alongside blank red, and white hearts for you to add your own ideas into the lucky dip.

The date night ideas are all included on cute little Mini hearts. Some of the ideas include:

  • Watching the sunrise or the sunset together,
  • Volunteering together,
  • Indoor rock climbing for the more adventurous amongst you,
  • Try a local tourist activity,
  • Go on a double lunch date with friends,
  • Try our Karaoke, and
  • Go to a Yoga class together.

There are loads more ideas for you to try.

Print out the sheet, and then cut out the hearts.

Once you have done this, you just need to print out the box template, and make it.

If you don’t fancy doing that – just fold up the hearts and put them in an old jam jar, or mason jar instead! That works just as well.

Close your eyes, and pick yourself your next date idea!

As we have already mentioned, we have a few blanks for you to add your own thoughts too.

How about some of these ideas:

  • Going to the Spa together,
  • Eating out at a restaurant that you have never been too,
  • Go on a long walk outside, or
  • Hiring out your kids to make you a meal, and serve it to you in your own home; a novel but fun way to get the kids involved! Why don’t you try this gorgeous Black Forest meringue for dessert!

We are sure you can think of loads of other ideas to try.

If you want to download all these goodies, then you need to join our premium site first.

Now just click on the button below, and as long as you are signed in, that’ll take you to the product and you can have it for free. Without signed up for free, it is £3.95.

We hope you like these ideas for Valentines Day – we do have a few more on the site that we hope you will like. As well as some more ideas in our Shop. Do take a look.

KiddyCharts has reach of over 1.1million across social and the site. The blog works with big family brands (including travel) to help promote their services, as well as offering free resources to parents of kids under 10. It gives 51%+ profits to Reverence for Life, who fund a number of important initiatives in Africa, including bringing running water and basic equipment to a school in Tanzania. Helen has worked as a digital marketing consultant (IDM qualified) with various organisations, including Channel Mum, Truprint, Talk to Mums, and Micro Scooters.
