We have THE BEST mom planner for all your kick ass moms and mums out there. In fact, it works for all kick ass parents really, but as a mom/mum we kind of picked them just because….. But no reason why Dad’s won’t find it awesome to use as well. Best thing. It is a FREE 2021 mom planner (or mum planner depending on where you live!), so you have no excuse not to be super organised from now on…!
We don’t like just giving you these things, without at least giving you a bit of a glimpse as to what you are downloading of course though, so we are going to share with you some of the key sections, and the way that we imagine that this will work for you all.
However, this is YOUR planner, so you do what works for you. You might only want to use some sections within it, such as the calendar, or the weekly planner. Whatever works for you, go with it.
This is YOUR year.
Free 2021 Mom planner: Summary
This gives you a complete year in review – you have the whole year in front of your eyes, so it allows you to set your goals all in one place, or circle the important birthdays / dates, so you are always one step ahead of the game.
We think this planner design is rather cute – so we do hope you agree too.
Monthly summaries
After the year in summary, it is only natural that we move to the monthly summaries for you. This is where you can pop your key dates for the month and plan out anything you would like to do month to month. Perhaps make a date with yourself on the first of the month to get organised for the family?
The beauty of this is, as it is free, you would even use one for each fo the children to keep on top of their activities and needs one child at a time.
Don’t forget to schedule in some self-care each month
If there is one thing we have learnt, it is how important self-care is as a mom, so why not make sure when you are planning your time that you include some me time?
Monthly goal summaries
Following on from the planner, to include those important dates, we are now providing you with something a little more focused on objectives for yourself and your family.
We have split the month into the weeks (with a date guide to that month), and every week you can take a look at what you hope to achieve within that week.
Don’t stretch yourself – or put pressure on yourself though. Be SMART with your goals:
- Specific
- Measureable
- Achieveable
- Realistic, and
- Timely.
Be kind to yourself too. If one month you just need to get through it, don’t set unrealistic goals, and just be happy being you, and surviving the month.
That’s OK.
sdfsdfd
If you have ever done SMART goal setting before, you will know that a single goal is often split into specific tasks, before you are able to acheive that goal.
We have thought of this, so we have weekly task sheets for you too, just to help you to either achieve those wider goals, OR just write down some of the key tasks that you have week to week.
As we said earlier, you can use all or part of this planner; just whatever works for you.
We are relaxed about it. We hope you will be too.
This is a simple sheet, with the days of the week, to write tasks, and then sections for notes and summaries.
Grocery list
Just a little something to help with the planning for the weekly shopping!
Free weekly meal plan
Here is a free weekly meal planner for you too – we think this is awesome on it’s own, but combine it with our suggestions for a 6-week free family meal plan and you will be rocking the year!
Daily self care planner
We just pointed out how amazingly important self-care was for us all; and so we are also include a daily self care check in for you – just so that you can actually think about it.
Even thinking about self care for five minutes in your day will have a profound effect on your mental wellbeing.
Just DO it.
My day in summary
Finally, if you like to set your day into bite sized chunks as that makes you more productive – and we know this is subject to children causing a little tantrum-sized spanner in the works – then the daily summary is for you.
This is a wonderful way of prioritising your tasks, and helping you to work through what you need to do day to day.
It is particularly helpful if you are working from home
You can also use it was a homeschool timetable / planner too, though we do have a separate one of those in case you need one specific to the task.
Note the self-case essential.
Not that we are going on or anything…. 😀
It is even a requirement for counsellors to practise self-care. You cannot counsel others if you are not in the right place to do so.
The sam applies to moms and dads, you can’t mum as well, if you aren’t in the right place yourself.
We do hope that you like this Kick Ass free 2021 mom planner for you, your partner, the family and everyone else in your life!
