These spring activities will be a great help with completing the Signs of spring Wild Challenge (Be sure to mark the challenge as complete once you are finished exploring all signs of spring.).

This will bring you one step closer to getting an awesome little prize for yourself.

About the Wild Challenge

The RSPB and ALDI are challenging families to get out and go on an adventure in nature.

As the amount of time kids and their families spend outside is on the decline, Europe’s biggest nature conservation charity (RSPB) and discount supermarket Aldi have collaborated to help families take a step closer to nature.

The Wild Challenge is the RSPB’s brand new and exciting online awards scheme encouraging kids, families and schools to go out and get closer to the natural world.

Embark on a wonderful adventure by completing fun and engaging activities ranging from bug safaris and habitat exploring to making a compost heap and planting for wildlife.

As you complete the activities you can then log your achievements on to the RSPB Wild Challenge website and collect bronze, silver and gold certificates and awards (fun sticker sheets!).

There are 24 fun activities to choose from that will take you from your own back garden to exploring towns, cities, woodlands and even the coast. So COME ONE, get exploring now!

Can you hear that? That’s the call of the wild!

Really good ideas here. My kids loved doing the checklist. Have to get out there and enjoy it before it gets too hot!
